A beautiful wooded area where the river Lee rises and flows through Cork City Ireland. A great Place to rest and be a one with nature and talk to the ancestors

A descendant of Donal Cam what a story! Let me talk to this man! There are now groups of people who reinact his famous walk from Cork to Athlone. Material for a film indeed. Yes I have loved photography from an early age and use it to record events in my family life as well as genealogy. I have recorded places in scotland as well as Ireland. Muiryhill my first photo here I took when for the first time I wound the original homestead of the my Chalmers family. What an experience. Yes I did take this photo. Its a Nationa park in Cork. If you want photos taken of Donal Cam place Im happy to oblige when I travel there. Declan
