This is my grandfather, Harold Charles Houghtaling. I'm unsure of the date. He looks too carefree for it to be after the start of the Great Depression, so I'm guessing it's pre-1929. I love the shoes, and from the bottle on the table, I'm guessing it's a celebration. I wish I knew the guy better, but he died when I was young.
