Worden Pedigrees

I would like to start a project that would compile all the known pedigrees of Worden descendants from Peter Worden b. ca 1609 in Lancashire. These pedigrees should contain only the names, dates and places of birth and death, plus the spouse's name. In other words, each generation should fit on one line. (You can see an example of this here..)

The intent is to build a family tree that would be maintained in a database using The Master Genealogist and Second Site for publishing on the web. Since this is intended for public consumption, please do not include any living persons in the pedigree you submit. This is a personal project that I am undertaking. It is not sponsored by the Worden Family Association or any other entity. I will do no editing or fact-checking. The data will be transcribed just as you send it, so please check it for accuracy and reasonableness before sending. If you state that a child is born before its father was born, that is what will appear in our database, so I hope everyone will be diligent.

Please be sure to include your contact information -- either a mailing address, email or website. This will be used as the "source" of the pedigree. I will disguise any email addresses so they will not be subject to "harvesting." You may send your pedigree directly to me with Genealogywise in the Subject line at doriswh AT gmail.com. (Replace AT with @)
