Gus LaCour (1848 - 191(?))

Hi all-

I'm searching for the date of death for my great great grandfather Gus(Gustavis) LaCour, he was on the 1900 and 1910 census in Liberty, Texas. He was born about 1848 in Louisiana, parents were Gilbert and Aurelia LaCour. He served on the Confederate side in the Civil WAr, I hhave many records of him on the roster records.

I have access to Ancestry, I have tried finding a death record for Gus on the FamilySearchLabs Texas Death records, with no luck, I haven't found an obituary anywhere, tried Genealogybank, NewspaperArchive, FindAGrave and Family Search-

are there other resources I'm missing?

Hi all-

Just wanted to update my search for Gus. I kept searching on FamilySearchLabs and found him by doing an exact search for Gus who died in Texas. I found him under Lacauer, so now I know he died January 13, 1915 in Beaumont, Jefferson County, TX. He was buried in Magnolia Cemetery, in Jefferson County, TX.
