Need help finding my Hightower family

3.1.   Annanias Nice Hightower b.   Jul. 10, 1857 [Newport Cocke Co. TN d. Apr. 26, 1942 Ages Harlan Co.

    died of a Chronic Heart Attack buried in BROOKSIDE Cem. Ages, Harlan Co KY.

      In the 1880 census Coal Creek, Anderson CO TN Annanias and wife and one year old son Barksdale

In the 1930 census for Frozen, Harlan Co., KY, he was enumerated as A. N. HIGHTOWER, laborer in coal mines

and shown as a widower in the household of his son, John.

In 1897 Nice was in Proctor, Red Ash, KY where the non-union mines Proctor Coal Co was operating

Nice was married three times.

He married (1) Susan Craig, married 13 Jun 1878 in Anderson Co, TN, b.  1860 their children were, Barstel, Robert, Lela and Mattie.

He married (2) Lassie B. Bowers,d. Jul. 11, 1946. married 18 Nov 1898 in Anderson Co, TN They had one son,

Virgil Lee Hightower b. Sept 1 1896 died 9 Aug 1959 in Harlan Co, Ky, buried in Rose Lawn Cem, Rosspoint, Harlan Co, KY.
Lassie's last husband was John Buchannon Hatmaker.

 

He married 1899/1900, (3) Lydia Belle Hubbard, b.  15 (or 06) Sep 1884/85 in Lily, Laurel Co., KY, d. 5/6 Jun 1929

in Harlan Co, KY, buried in BROOKSIDE Cem., Ages Harlan Co, KY. Lydia: .

[probably related to “Ottie Hubbard” 27 may 1888 – 15 Jan. 1970 who is buried in same Cem., others from same Ages KY Cem.

Hello, my husband's family is from Floyd County - Ratcliff/Ratliff, also Dingus, Flannery, Stephens, and Crisp, to name a few.
