Richard Russell parents

I am looking for information on the parents of Richard Russell. He was born 3 Nov 1884 in Connecticut (according to his WWI draft registration card). He married Emma Carolina Bachman abt. 1918 in Washington state and they were divorced 6 May 1922 also in Washington state. I know nothing else of this man. All of my information comes from the 1920 census, his draft card and a page of note that my great-grand mother had. I am at a total loss.
