I found my great great grandfather, Marvin GOODRICH, referenced in "The Redcoated Ploughboys".

Marvin Goodrich: Living at Ernestown, Source: Richard Feltoe, Redcoated Ploughboys (extracts of the incorporated Miltia Muster Listings from 1813-1815), 1994. Vol/Page: 5, 22, 45

I haven't been able to locate the book to find out if any other information is given about him.

I don't know when he was living in Ernestown, but by 1835 he was living in Cramahe, Northumberland, Upper Canada.

Is it possible he was granted land for his participation?  How would he have petitioned for this land?  Are there records of these petitions?  Does this mean he was a Loyalist?  Where would I find his war record?

Any help appreciated!!!
