Daniel(s) Mixter Family

Hello all,

I am researching two families and need your assistance.

First, Daniel Mixter, b: unknown d: unknown  Parents & birth place unknown.
married Deborah Brown of Edwardsburg, Ont. She is the daughter of Thomas Brown and Desire Hulbert.
There is no record of Daniel being a Loyalist where Thomas Brown was and Deborah did receive land as his daughter.

Second, Daniel Mixter b: July 5, 1809, Prescott, Ont. d: January 7, 1889
Married: Catherine Putnam on December 8, 1833. She is the daughter of Robert Putnam and Olive.
He moved to Michigan in 1856.  My profile picture is Daniel.

The first Daniel may be the father of the second but there is no evidence of it.
