Martin William "Gobbler" Jones' Parents

The wall of many Jones researchers, who was Gobbler's parents? We have him born in North Carolina on August 4, 1784. He married Rhoda Hodges in Tennessee. They had twelve children and moved from Tennessee to Jackson Co, Alabama, then to White County, Arkansas, finally settled in Angelina Co, Texas ca 1845.
