Hi, everyone. I have ancestors galore all over Massachusetts, particularly in Worcester County, and including several lines of founders, including Clement Bates (1594-1676), one of the founders of Hingham (1635). My connection to all this is my great-grandmother Clara Isabel Bates (1870-1950) and her line intersects with several "gateway" lineages, so I have some lines that stretch back into the medieval period and earlier. If your ancestors were from Worcester County, chances are one of my ancestors was married to them!

Interested in hearing from anybody related to Joseph Bonney (wife Margaret Phillips), youngest son of Thomas Bonney, who came to Plymouth in 1634 on the Hercules.

I've traced my grandmother's paternal line to Newburyport, MA. I'm hoping to drive up there in a few months and see if I can find any graves. :D
