I had a computer crash, now up and running again but have a problem with reloading Legacy 7 Delux. Manage to install it which it says is successful but when I try to run the program it comes up saying error code file not found 13252, 13215,13268,13240,13195,13107,13203, then a blank message window comes up that you can't do anything with and the computer locks up. Hope some one can help me out.

You might try uninstalling Legacy, then restart PC, and then re-install Legacy.

Just a suggestion.

I have tried to uninstall legacy three times resetting the pc each time then when I reinstall the program I get the errors as described above. I am running VISTA and installing the program from a purchased legacy CD and the same set of errors appear as described each time I reinstall.
I agree with Donald attempting to Uninstall - reboot - re-install. What OS are you running? XP? Vista? When it says "file not found", does it indicate what file was not found? Did you install using a Legacy CD or a downloaded file? If it was a downloaded file there might have been something corrupted in it although you should have gotten an error during the install.
Hi I am using VISTA OS and using the purchased LEGACY 7 CD when I try to run the program the following errors come up each error message comes in an individual window I click on the first OK then the second error comes up so I click ok on that window then the third error comes up etc etc until I reach a blank window that says MESSAGE that I can type into but have no means of sending it or saving it or getting out of it as the PC has now locked and I have to resort to cntrl-alt-del

The following message comes up of files not found error code file not found 13252, 13215,13268,13240,13195,13107,13203
Thanks Brian I will try that and see how I get on. At moment I am having other computer problems with Vista as well.
I,ve had similar problems when there are other programs running when you install - such as Norton or macafee
