Avelinno: looking for Gallone and Bruno. My wife's grandparents immigrated from Candida in the very early 1900's. Especially looking for relatives of Caroline Bruno.

My great grandfather is a Mangieri from Sant'Arsenio SA. His first name is Giuseppe and he married Rose Coiro also from Sant'Arsenio. They immigrated to the US in the late 1800's and had 5 children, Nicholas (my grandfather), Joseph, Thomas, Antoinette and Theresa. I'm not sure if Giuseppe had any brother's or sister's and if they also come to the US. I know there are a lot of Mangieri's in the NY/NJ area but don't know of any connection if any.

My great grandfather was Antonio Mangieri. He was born in 1884 in Sant'Arsenio, Italy. His father's name was Arsenio Mangieri (mother's name, unknown). When he first arrived in the U.S., he lived in New York City, employed on the City Docks. He, then, moved to Pennsylvania. He married Philomena Colao.

Would you happen to know anything about his parents (father, Arsenio Mangieri)? It's obvious we are somehow distantly related since it's the same surname from the same Italian city.

My 3rd great grandmother was Concetta Coira...her father was Luca Coiro and mother was Margherita Mangieri. They lived in Sant' Arsenio.  She died in 1874.  She married Luigi La Falce. Her son Arsenio La Falce (my 2nd great grandfather came to America in 1873.  He married Nicolena Rescinito about 1863. NIcolena's father was Arsenio Rescinito.
