My 2nd great grandfather, James R Carson, married Martha Jane Spurgeon (Spurgin) in Hamilton County, Indiana on April 6, 1851. Martha Jane's family came from Kentucky and settled in Bartholomew County. I have quite a bit of research on this family and willing to share to those who are interested.
James R and Jane's children were:
