Just so everyone knows, we figured out years ago that all the Gunnels, however there name may be spelled, are related. The family immigranted from England looks like starting with William Gunnels, Nicholas' father. Who settled in VA. One of the problems is that the sons loved to name all there kids the same names just about. This, of course, causes confusion in trying to make sure we have the right descendants with the right parents.

Welcome to both Annette and my crazy daughter, Stephanie. As usual, the Navy seems to like her in too big of a helmet.

Looking for any information on Jesse Bransford Gunnels (10-28-1833 to 06-21-1898)and wife Mary Catherine Holyfield (1840 to 1874). If anyone has pictures it would be great to see them.
