My maiden name is Groenhof and my ancestors are from the Zeeland/Holland area of Michigan and Friesland, Netherlands. My immigrating ancestor was Minne Groenhof born 10 Mar 1850 in Hemelumer Oldeferd, Friesland. He married Marijke Kool, born 28 Apr 1852, on 07 Jun 1878 in Hemelumer Oldeferd. They both died in Michigan.
