My Reuben Underwood-is often mixed up with Reuben son of Joseph Rev. Sol. The two were in seperate areas-but near the same age, though with different wives and children born about the same time!
Some genealogy even give all the children to two wives-with simotanious births!

My Reuben was born 5 Aug 1807-probably Wilkinson Co Ga where all the rest of the family of George Underwood and Sarah Saffold were at the time. I think him a Grandson, but he may be the son of an old woman!

Reuben is next in Crawford Co Ga-and after the birth of his 10th child-he left the family and moved back to Monroe-as a farm hand, and later Macon-where Sarah also migrated-and died-as did George.
