My wife's grandfather, Henry Frank Curtis, was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi in 1890 and died in Macomb, Illinois in 1936 after living in St. Clair County, Illinois and Mississippi County, Arkansas. His father, Frank Curtis, was born in Pennsylvania in 1860 and died in Vicksburg, Mississippi in 1916. His father, John Curtis was born in Pennsylvania. Before moving to Warren County, Mississippi, the family had been living in the Franklin County, Pennsylvania area. Collateral surnames are Armstrong, Gram and Rittenberry.

My great-great-great grandfather was William Curtis of Copake, NY, born in 1811 and died 1879. Married to Clara Langdon, born 1814 and died also in 1879. They had at least nine children that I have located, all born in either NY or MA.
