Theodore John Clanton

I am a descendant of John Clanton 1610. my grandfather was John Riley Clanton,Andrew Jackson,Thomas Andrew,Issac,and so on to Marmaduke. My question is, My daughters best friend is a Clanton from Wayne County, Mississippi. Her great grandpa was Theodore John Clanton b.1899. he served in WW1. I would like to know the relationship to me and my daughter. anyone have any info?
