I Thomas Butcher of the County of Robeson and State of North Carolina being in a low state of health but in perfect mind & memory do make ordain constitute and appoint this my Last Will and Testament___________

1. ( illegible) I give and bequeath unto my son Barton Butcher the Land whereon I now live containing one hundred and eighty five acres together with all my my other property except 1 Two year old Heifer which is to be given to my Daughter Nancy Glover

2. ( illegible) I give my unto my Daughter Mary Howell 1 Dollar____________.

I leave John Glover & my wife Penny Executor & Executrix to this my Last will
