Hi Christine,

 

I am researching the Scully surname in Tipperary county - somewhere around the 1800's. Vincent Scully (two of them) and Denys Vincent Scully are some of the ancestors that I am researching. How about you?

Hi Melanie,

I am looking  for a Johanna Mary Scully(Skully)  who married Michael O"Donnell circa 1830.

He was a solider in the British army but I believe both were born in Ireland.

Michael and Johanna had two children, Richard born 1860 in India and Johanna born New Zealand 1863.

I have lots of info from NZ  but my info of the Irish Scully connection  is slim.

Hoping we are related.

Try Irish Genealogy there has been alot done on BD&M in recent times. The Site Findmypast Ireland is loading

information daly on Ireland.This is seperate to Findmypast UK but run by the same group.

Also

Go to Kilkenny Ireland BD&M there done by local interests.
