Marble's of Wisconsin

My GGF William/Wm/Bill/George A. Marble was born Sept 1861 in Michigan.  Sometime he or his family moved to Wisconsin(Jefferson County and Jackson County).  He married 1 Jan 1882 in one of those counties to Uretta/Euretta Marble(same last name).  In the 1910 census shows Uretta to be a widow.  I next found that she moved to CA in 1917ish.  I found her grave in Columbia County CA, but no one knew anything about William.  I found a 70ish grandson of Uretta and he said he never thought about his grandfather because he never knew him.

I would appreciate if someone could crack the door enough for this marble to roll through.
