Looking for Schmeiser's from Bohemia

Our Schmeisers are from Lanskroun Bohemia.  They immigrated to Wisconsin and settled in the Pierce County area of Wisconsin.  We are related to Gerlichs, Janischs, Yanischs, Nikl or Nikis, and Meitners.

This summer I found a trunk listed for sale online ancestry.com.  It is a large black trunk, made by hand with metal rings for handles. It has special double locks in front.  Also, has writing on front.  It says J Schmeiser * Red Wing Nord Amerika on the front of the chest with a little * painted on between the two sets of words.  On the top impressed into the metal bands is the name J Schmeiser Lanskroun.  Inside the trunk someone has written Josef.
