Hughes Family from Twyford

I am a decendent of JOHN WIGG HUGHES brn 1834 in Twyford. He moved to Sheffield around 1860.

His parents were James HUghes (1808-1873) and Martha Grace (1807-1876).

I am coming to Tywford all the way from Canada and will be stopping by the village and the family history centre in Aylesbury, in April 2011.

Does anyone know anything about the Hughes Family in Twyford, is there any left in the village?
