French Ethnic Background Search

Hello, I'm new to this forum, but I have a few questions that maybe could be answered about my French Ancestry, I would like to know the ethnic type of French I' am (Celtic, Celtic-Germanic, Celtic-Italic, Celtic-Iberian, Greco-Roman, or Latin). First of all I'm 1/2 French, 1/4 Irish, 1/4 Polish. My French Ancestry came from Canada in the mid to late 1800's, and the other set of that portion of the family came from Canada in the early 1900's. I would really like to know which Ethnic/Genetic type I' am, if anyone can do a little searching and find out for me, that would be awesome. 3 of my French Ancestors names are Germanic as you can see below, Frank, Fernand, and Bertha. While the others are British type names Milford and Elmer. Any help find this out would be amazing, and I would love you forever. Thanks
