I started using Rootsmagic 3 a couple of years ago, and upgraded to 4 when it was released. I originally got Rootsmagic 3 because I liked the idea of shareable CDs, which were Christmas presents for my family. I like the Rootsmagic 4- to- go feature.

I love FamilySearch Sync because I have access to it and it makes using new FamilySearch so much easier! I also love the edit screen. I can see a time line of events all in one window and edit them easily too.

I got a good deal on ver. 3 through World Vital Records, but didn't use it much. Just bought ver. 4 (got a good deal). Love the features! I use it for my personal research (though I still use The Master Genealogist for African-American research projects).

Count me in! I was resistant until version 3. It is a fine software and works more like I do, too.
