Jones Ancestry

Hi, I'm Judy Jones. I've been researching my Jones ancestry and have hit a wall of confusion. I've gotten to Francis Jones and his second wife, Elizabeth Huckabee Jones. The problem is which Francis Jones? I've got a Francis Jones, born 1714 in Wales and a Francis Albrighton Jones born in Virginia. I also have not been able to find out anything about Elizabeth Huckabee's parents. Some records have her born in Virginia; others in North Carolina. Does anyone have have any information that's more conclusive that what I've come across? Thank you!
