Surname Koblin

Hi,

I am trying to locate information on my great-grandfather.  All we have is his surname with different spellings - Koblin, Koplin, Coblin, Koblein, Coplin.

We have two different dates of immigration:  1865 and 1884.  His signature does not totally reflect the way his name was spelled in his Citizenship papers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
