Recording Australian Convict Details

Hi List,

Does anyone have any idea how to adjust the existing source templates to reflect the following Ausie Convict records :

Convict and General Muster lists that were taken from the Colony's inception until circa 1850.

Convict Tickets Of Leave.

Certificates Of Freedom.

Mitigation Of Sentence.

Information found on the Convict Indents.

Convict Permission to Marry Index.

Land Grants made by the Governor.

etc. etc. etc.

I had tried using the Generic Source, and then adapting the Slavery & Servitude records as well as the Land & Property Records templates but they just don't seem to sit right.

I believe there is an Australian & New Zealand version of Legacy, is that right ? But I already use V7 Delux and don't really want to pay out another $70A and then have to transfer all my work over to the new program.

Is there an easy fix for all this ? I really love Legacy Delux and don't want to change.

Help ! :-)

The Australian version, also known as Legancy Plitinum, is Legacy 7 packed with some extra indexes on CD such as NSW BDM and some shipping lists.

Can the Legacy 7 Platinum extra CD be purchased by itself or do you have to buy the whole product again ?
And if it only has limited indexes on it, it would seem not to be a good purchase.

I think I will just try and adjust as best I can the source templates that are already available on Version 7 Delux.
