Some great breaks in information on our SCOTT lineage.

Halifax Co. Va to Pittsylvania and then to NC, or KY then to IND, IA, MO and everywhere including Texas early and later.

Still looking for who Thomas Scott's father is.  died 1767. I descend from son John to Shadrack to John to Corneiluis to Gmom to MOM to me.

I have something to add to my original post. Thanks to the readers of one of these forums, I now have the names of 3 probable siblings to my Spotylvania Va/Scott Ancestor (Ellen L Scott (Layton). They are Persickless Scott (Lexington KY), Montillion (Germantown TN), and Emily Ann Scott Morris (Bowling Green MO). And their mother's name was Nancy Scott. Keep those those clues coming folks! Thank you.
