Hello fellow researchers...

I am Daniel Bell and my great grandfather was John Henry Bell. He moved here (Minnesota) from St. George Parish, NB Canada in 1881 with his brother Samuel E. Bell. John Henry Bell and Alice Amanda Joslin were married in Anoka County, MN USA Apr 10 1895. John Henry Bell originally arrived in Ham Lake, Anoka County in 1881, then he and Alice moved to Anoka in 1904. John Henry was born 1858 to Mary Jane (Logan) Bell (b.1832 in Derry, Ireland, died 1905 in St John) and John Bell (b.1814, died 1881 in St. George) both of St. George Parish, Charlotte County New Brunswick, Canada.
Through my search I have found that John Bell Senior received a land grant for 200 acres just west of Bonny River in 1840 on the winder stream also known as Linton steam which had a grist mill and saw mill where the stream came out of Digdegwaush Lake.
Mary Jane Logan and John Bell were married in 1846 and were members of the St. Marks Anglican church. Both are buried in the Old section of the St. George Rural Cemetery. I have found almost all the eleven children’s baptism records in the St. Marks Anglican church records. I found the Logan’s in the 1851 census and believe that Mary Jane wasn’t listed in with the Logan family because she was already married to John at the time. John & Mary Jane Bells children were (Oldest to youngest) Margaret dob:1847,Mary dob1849, Martha dob1853, Ann dob1855, William dob1856, John Henry dob1859, Samuel E. dob1860, Charles dob1862, Robert dob1865, Hattie Helena dob1867 & James Edward dob 1870-1871. I cannot seem to get any further back than John Bell & Mary Jane Logan.
I have also found a land grant for Samuel & Mary Logan from 1842 that shows their property just across the stream from the Bell property. Their children in the 1851 census were listed as Archibald 30-Irish (dob.1821), Jemima 22-Irish (dob.1829, baptized 1833), Ellen 18-Irish (dob.1833, baptized 1843), Elizabeth 16-Irish (dob.1835, baptized 1843), Samuel 13-NB (dob.1838, baptized 1843), Robert 11-NB (dob.1840, baptized 1843), Nancy 6-NB (dob.1845, baptized 1846), William 3-NB (dob. 1848, baptized ) and they also had a son James(dob. 1850, baptized 1856) who wasn’t in the census. I believe that Jemima was baptized in (May,6th 1833) in Upper Falls and Mary Jane Logan was born in 1832 in Ireland or Scotland(I believe…)which leads me to think they came to New Brunswick in between 1832 &1833.
If you know of any Bells in the area who would be willing to share information or have other information you can share please contact me? I cannot seem to get any further in my search and cannot seem to find out if John was born there or came from another country (Ireland?), My G Grandfahter staed his parents were from Norhtern Ireland in the 1910 US Federal Census. I now have pictures that show the Grave marker for John, Mary Jane, Maggie, and William buried in the St. George rural cemetery (Thanks to Jason who resides in St. George). Thank you for your time.
