I have Benjamin Roberts married to Anna fields. They had Larkin who had Americus (Mary) who was my great great grandma.  Benjamins Father was John b. 1695.,but not much after that.

We have William Roberts & Sarah Fry in Surrey , England,  son Richard Roberts b. 1780 in Surrey, Eng. m. Eliz. Gapp , 1810 Clapham Surrey. They had 4 child. Ann R , William ,Maria & Maryann.  Our gg gmom is Eliz, she migrated to Canada, m. Paul Cassidy, 1839 they in turn landed in USA (WI) c. 1842,

Any cousins out there ?

Searching for info on Dr. William Henry Roberts. Married Octavia Bruner. Had a son named Donn M. Roberts Who was the infamous mayor of Terre Haute, In. Donn was born in Annapolis, Il. Crawford County. Seeking information about other children from that marriage.

My Eli Roberts claimed he was born in South Carolina on Census material; however on My great uncle's death certificate (whose name is James HENRY, by the way) it says Eli was born in Kentucky. Eli's wife, Sophia Davis, said her parents were both from Kentucky on Census information, and somehow Eli and Sophia met (maybe in Kentucky?) and married in Illinois. My Henry Roberts would have been born prior to that, abt. 1760 in VA, however, there could still be a connection between my Roberts and your husband's as Henry seemed to be a family name.  A great aunt recorded that the family migrated to Kentucky.
