Over the years as I have researched my families, I realized that most of them are from England and many immigrated prior to 1650. I have yet to prove a Mayflower connection, but am working on a couple that may be successful. My paternal line was in the colonies in 1633, and my maternal Hoar line came before 1637.

As with you, most of my English lines were here by the mid-1600s. Since they "daughtered" out so often, have quite a few names. My only long-term name was STUBBS and that went from arrival in 1718 to my mother getting married in 1937. Will get a list together and post it ASAP of my earliest folk.
