Josie York is in Enid, Oklahoma in 1919 in the same house is a Ray York though can not connect as wife and husband.....

It appears she married a Harry York according to the 1920 census. He was married to an Edith in 1910.On the 1910 James V Armstrong, Josie's first husband list being divorced.
