Does anyone have recommendations on where to start looking for Illinois adoption records circa 1894-1900?

Thanks!

For anyone researching Tazewell County, I recommend the genweb site: http://tazewell.genwebsite.org/

This is one of the best genweb sites I have ever seen.  I had not been there for a while, because I am running out of things to research in Tazewell County after 30 years.  The web master has done an excellent job, and there is a lot of valuable information posted there. Good searching!
