I have a many times removed grandfather Samuel Jackson apparently born in Dublin in about 1830. On his marriage cert his father is listed as a carpenter, his name is not legible but it could be will or william,

Thats all I have on the Jackson link
Hi Julie-Ann I have come accross Samuel, I think his father had something to do with the Building of the Railway in Ireland . Parhaps as he was a carpenter he might have worked on the building of the Carriages which were wooden and quiet stunning. Large family. If I come up with anything more I will leave a message.
NOLANS From Kildare , Patrick and Catherine Nolan my Great Grandparents on my Mothers side.
Thanks so much Geraldin

Im coming for a visit mid to late year and its great to have as much info about places and people as I can
