I am trying to trace the birth of David Burston who married Sarah Spearment Diamond at St Andrews, Clifton, Gloucester, England. They arrived in Melbourne Victoria, Australia on the Red Jacket Feb.1866.
His occupation is listed as a school teacher in the Victorian Electoral rolls

I am assuming you have a copy of the Passenger lists with all the children.
Do you have a membership to Ancestry? I found them on the 1841 and 1851 census and David with parents in a christening. Do you already have these?
