Hello,
I noticed that you are also researching  the Kerrigan surname. My husband's gggg-grandparents were Roger and Catherine (Moran) Kerrigan who came from Co Sligo in the late 1830's - early 1840's, I believe. 
Was your Kerrigan line also from Co Sligo, by chance?

I have found a John Manelis marrying Mary Manelis 

Johns father is Anthony

Marys father is Walter Manelis,    

Johns date of birth is given as 1841

I have seen your brickwall re  John MANELLIS, there is someone on Ancestry known as weebobby66, do you know who this is , or are you in contact with him/her?
