Jane Harmon who married Samuel Doty in Piscataway, NJ is my Harmon ancestor. She may have been the daughter of John Harmon and Barbara______ of Saco, Maine

Hi researching the Connecticut Harmons. I seem to have them back to a Francis Harmon married to Sarah Martin. Does anyone have them further back??
Also, I have Nathaniel (b. 1695 in Suffield) married to Hannah Miller. Is this correct? Who are her parents?
