Hi Rusty. Your PEELERs might come from the same family as the Peevelers/Peavlers/Beelers. The name was spelled many different ways. The original family name was Buehler from Germany. They lived in the Germanna Colony in Virginia. Where are your Berrymans from? I'm a Berryman descendant from New Jersey.

Rusty, My KY Robinson line comes from James Robinson (1761-1833), Uriah, John C., Aaron, Aaron G. and then me. My y-DNA shows that line should connect with the Scotch-Irish Robinsons who settled in the PA/DE border. In the past 35 years, I've spent many hours trying to find the parents of James. If you find the information on the Speak(e)(s) Family, I would be glad to have it. My email address: RobbieRobinson@q.com and I live in Meridian, ID.

I'm guessing she is a descendant of Abraham Sallee from Ile de Re, France? I haven't come across a Sallee descendant yet that did not descend from him. My Sallees made their way from the Henrico settlement in Virginia to what ultimately became Taylor and Marion counties in Kentucky. There are a lot of Sallees in Casey, Adair and Mercer counties as well. Tell her I said "Howdy Cuz!" :-)
