Hi Sandy
Thank you very much for your help but I am afraid that it is not my Frank Wenta.
He arrived to USA in 1911 and in 1931 he was alive - I have naturalization document with this date.

ocupation:machinist
By wham employed? G&G.Co.,Wrodbridge
military service:two years,rank:Bugler,branch:Infantry

Please help me!
Sincerly Joanna

I found Wenta's in michigan in myspace however none in detroit I wrote one lady an enquiry but not answer. I have had suscess in writing to people there on my family. You might also try wring Wentas in facebook. I dont do much contacts in facebook because I cant search by location

another idea would be www.nara.gov which is out national archives. I believe since you know he was in the war you might be able to order his military records

It is also possible he moved out of michigan. I am really looking forward to the release of 1940 census it may give some light on him but takes so long to be indexed. Have you tried the Historial Society or the libraries in Detroit area? Or if he was of a certain religion the churches of that faith? Most can be done by email
Hi Sandy
Thank you for your fast reply.
Joanna is my friend from polish gen website genealodzy.pl and she helped find Registration card for me from 1917 and tried find more information on Michigan Forum but without result.
It was the first document which confirm that Frank arived and lived in US.
The second help I had from Ceil Wendt from Mipolonia ( naturalization) but I can not do any step more.My English is not good enough and it is difficult for me search US website so I will be very grateful for each help.
I have not any information what he was doing during second World War I only supposed ,because the contact was lost in this time.
best regards
Bronislaw
