Hi Michael, I may have an Allen connection but don't have very much information yet.  My great grandmother was Maria Allen from Carlow, who was born c. 1871. The irish census forms of 1901 show very few Allens in Carlow at that time, which is why I'm thinking there's a possible connection.

According to the cemetery headstone Mary Briglin Draper was born in 1804 and died in 1891, She married George Draper in NY, I have not found any Marriage info on them but they are both buried in Old Ingleside Cem. George and Mary's Daughter, Nancy Ann Draper married Reuben Stowe and moved on to Iowa with Rueben Stowe's parents and Brothers

Sounds good. Once the Conlins made it to Missouri I have them well documented if you get to that point.

Michael, I see you are researching a CONLIN line. My husband's family has CONLINS from Roscommon Ireleand that ended up in Missouri, any connection?
Thanks,
Jenna

Many Thanks

My Martin LEO was probably born in Tipperary, in 1848 and married Bridget KEOGH in Galway in 1869: if that helps. (14 children)

Thanks for the reply Michael,
I understand your not chasing down that line, but have you a name for the late Irish LEO, and if possible, a place of birth.

What we have is quite well documented, but there is a rather large brick wall to knock down.

Cheers

Mike

Hi Michael,

I have LEO interests in Tipperary & Galway, Ireland in the 19th century? They then moved to Manchester, England. Subsequently some went global.

Kind regards

Mike
