Hello, anyone know where one can find a schedule of whena certain state will be digitized and availiable to the general public?

The indexing project is slated to be completed by the end of July, no later than mid-August. It should be completely searchable in September.

Have you looked at the 1940 Census site for FamilySearch? It shows what is indexed and how far they are along indexing other states. All states are digitized, it's just a matter of indexing them to make them easier to search. The link is https://familysearch.org/1940census/
