Looking For George's Father

George died in 1867 in Brown Hill Workhouse in Liverpool, his marriage certificate says his father was William and he was a plumber. I cannot find George on any census, his occupation in 1865 according to his sons birth certificate is seaman also on his death certificate. In 1861 again on one of his childrens birth certificate he was an Engine Driver, I suspect from where his family was living in 1861 he might have worked at the docks.
