I was intrigued when I ran across your note to a Tom Taylor since that is also my name. From your information, we are from the same family which goes back to Scotland, then Londonderry, Ireland, then New Hampshire. Earlier today I ran across the notice for the reunion late last July. Unfortunately, I have not gotten to meet many from our particular line which is why I'm so excited about this! I am more than happy to share all of my research with you and perhaps you can fill me in on some stuff too. I have sent my brother's DNA in for testing and the results should be forthcoming very soon. My brother, Jim, lives here in Michigan too, not far from where I work. We are the only Taylors from our line that I know of in Michigan. My brother has just the one daughter so our line is dwindling out. As you probably know, our dad and mom divorced when we were very young and we never got to meet any of the Taylor family until we were grown. Even then, it was only our dad's immediate family and none of the other relatives so again, I am so happy you found me!
