I suspect that my family may be connected to Mathew Kerr (the Indian Scout) through one of Hamilton's brothers.  Has anyone in your line had a Y-DNA test done?  There's money reserved in the Carr DNA Project general fund for a Y-DNA37 test for any documented male descendant of Mathew.
