Good morning, Kirsten. What a treat to find you! I think my cousin, Diana Withrow, reached you several years ago. If you're the same one, I believe you have some info about our connection to Robert Burns, the poet, and Queen Victoria. Another Horton cousin in Chicago said she heard her aunt speak of that connection as well - also through the Campbell line to Sir Colin or Sir Walter Campbell?

I am a great granddaughter of Emily Burns who married David Horton. Please tell me more about your connection. I only have a few photos of Emily when she was old and had Parkinsons.

HI Kirsten, I think we are related through the Burns family, and if so, I would love to make contact and share info. My great grandmother is Emily Burns who was a daughter of John Burns (1829 - 1906) and Harriet Smith (1831 - 1913)
