Looking for Louis Smith (my grandfather) reportedly born in Indianapolis, IN 1884—but no record—& his parents. Mother was known as Tillie, no father's name. Lived in Davenport and Des Moines, IA. Found his WWI draft card & probably her in 1909 city directory for Davenport. That's all....really would love to get Louis' father's name, marriage info, possible immigration....Louis was married to Jeanette Mary Slay in Peoria, IL 1906. Both died in 1922-1923.See More
