Well, you can still join the group if you like. You know folks traveled around a lot more than we use to think. And I am sure many Alabama JONES' came from GA.

Hi Friends,
I'm a descendant of Rev. Richard Phillips, an early Baptist "circuit rider" (preacher) who was born in NC and lived in Forsyth County, Georgia. He started many churches in the area. I don't know if any of his children moved on to Alabama, but there is a book in the Georgia Archives about his descendants.
