A couple of years ago I took a research trip to Tennessee, and the book was at the Metro Archives in Nashville. I copied all the pages relating to my line of descent (it would have been difficult to copy the entire book). The book is The Descendants of Abel Gower, Jr., compiled by by Mary L. Solomon.

Page is a witness to both wills. I have copies of some pages from a book on the Gower family which lists the children, but it would be nice to have better evidence than that.
