My father Fletcher Wicker born to Alice May Wicker in Alachua county, Florida on July 11, 1899 according to the Children's Home in Jacksonville, Florida. He was adopted by Frederick Eugene Buck and Ida Elizabeth Totman when he was 4 years old. The adoption papers in Florida are sealed and there is no way to get them unsealed.
